ICD-11 version for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics (ICD-11-MMS)

→ ICD-11リンクトイン
→ ICD-11研究会(ICD-2015)

毎日定義が更新されているブラウザ→ ICD-11 Beta Draft

例えばICD-11の狭心症であればBA20が新しいコードになります。
心筋梗塞(ICD-10 I21)はBA21と”I”が”BA”に置き換えられます。

日本のDPC請求で最も多い疾患である肺炎はCA40となります。
細菌性肺炎はCA40.1、ウィルス性肺炎はCA40.2など。まずは上記ブラウザで色々と確認してみましょう。
仕方はまず病名の英単語を確認する。国際学会等にて認められてWHO登録の流れになります。国際的に認められた疾患であることから確認→ ICDコーディングが分からない時の調べ方‏‏

iCAT Update March 6th, 2013
https://sites.google.com/site/icatusers/home/release-notes

We ran a script that adds to each iCAT category a public ID. The public ID will be used by external applications to access the content of ICD-11. The public ID is generated by a ID server hosted by WHO.

You may see the public ID of the iCAT categories, by right-clicking on a category in the category tree in iCAT and selecting “Show Public ID“. For example, for “Chapter V, Mental and behavioural disorders” (iCAT ID: http://who.int/icd#V), the public ID is “http://id.who.int/icd/entity/33442305“.
The public IDs are supposed to be unique, non-semantic, and to be used by other applications. Each time a new category is created, iCAT will call the ID service and assign a public ID to the new category.
User Interface Updates
– Right clicking on a category in the category tree, has 2 new options:
  – Show Public ID – which will display the public ID for a ICD category
  – Link to ICD Beta Browser – which will open a new browser window with the selected category displayed in the Beta Browser
– Double clicking on a row in the Change History table in the Change History Tab will display a new window with the detailed information about the change.
– Updated the contact information on the iCAT homepage. (If your browser doesn’t display “Can Celik” as the WHO contact person, please delete your browser’s cache and then reload iCAT).
Content Model and API Changes

– We added a new property to the content model called publicId that stores the publicId for each category.
– We added new methods in the ICD API for accessing the publicId. See more details here.

Release notes for the iCAT Update from September 30, 2011

Content Model Changes (under the hood)
– Added new properties to support  the “historic linearizations“, the ICD10 linearizations and tabulation lists.
– Added new linearization views and separated them in 3 different subclasses of the LinearizationView class: ICD11LinearizationView, ICD10LinearizationView, ICD10TabulationListView
– Added a new flag so that users can mark ICD categories as obsolete (with respect to ICD-10)

Content Changes
– We have replaced the Primary Care linearization with two new linearizations Primary Care – High Resource Setting and Primary Care – Low Resource Setting, while keeping the existing settings
– We have added and initialized two linearizations for ICD-10 and ICD-10-CM.
– We have added and pre-configured the tabulation list linearizations for the relevant concepts under Chapter 97

User Interface Changes
Title & Definition Tab:
– Added a new property “Is obsolete” to mark concepts that were part of ICD-10, but they will not be part of ICD-11 or future versions. This flag is editable only by members of the WHO team. By default (i.e., if the flag is not set neither to true or false), all concept are “not obsolete”. Obsolete concepts will be visually marked in the class trees (requires a manual refresh of the class tree).

Classification Properties Tab:
– The Primary Care linearization was split into 2 separate linearizations, one for High Resource Settings and one for Low Resource Settings.

– A NEW tab, called ICD-10 Linearizations Tab, was added
– This tab is colored grey, to indicate that it deals with “historic” data, maintained for backwards compatibility with previous versions of ICD. The content of this tab can be edited only by members of the WHO team.
– The first table in this tab contains linearization specification to allow the representation of the ICD-10 Special Tabulation Lists (such as the 4 special tabulation list for mortality, the tabulation list for morbidity and for verbal autopsy)
– The second table contains the ICD10 linearizations that allow the generation of the official ICD-10, as well as some selected national modifications (for now only ICD-10-CM). These linearizations were initialized based on the original content that was used to prefill iCAT from with ICD-10 content.

– Category tree:
– Concepts marked obsolete are visually distinguished by showing them in italic and stroked through.
– Hovering over a category in the category tree will show in a tooltip the full name of the category. This may be useful when having long category names that can’t be fully displayed in the tree.

– Manage hierarchy
– The newly created categories will “inherit” the same linearizations and ICD 10 linearizations as their parent. This is useful because some chapters (such as Chapter 97) expose different set of liinearizations than others.
– All newly created categories will have the isGrouping flag set to false by default for all their linearizations
